Here at Paprika Gifts we aim to dispatch your order within one business day of receiving it. We currently only deliver to customers within the UK.

Returning an item to the website that has been purchased on the website

To qualify for a refund or return, all full price items must be returned within 14 working days of you receiving your goods.

Sale items can be refunded / exchanged within 7 working days of you receiving your goods.

For hygiene reasons earrings, pierced jewellery, cosmetics and hair accessories purchased online must be returned to the website in the original packaging supplied to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. Failure to do so may result in us here at Paprika Gifts being unable to refund you.

We are happy to refund you what you paid for your order but unfortunately cannot refund the delivery charge, unless your order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, or the entire order was faulty or incorrect. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

All items must be returned with a valid invoice and a completed returns form, which you will find on the reverse of your invoice.

In addition to our website returns policy, under the distance selling regulations, EU customers have 7 working days to cancel their purchase.
